Most commonly referred to as a "Property Survey", the boundary retracement survey is a complete survey for purposes of accurately locating and/or marking "on the ground" the retraced positions of all property corners for a given tract of land.
Includes deed research, deed plotting, existing property corner recovery, precise field survey measurement and unmarked corner placement using a Robotic Total Station, data reduction, and boundary computations. This type of survey does not typically include any drawings. Certified boundary plans can be provided.
